It had been three years since the last time I did photos for Claire and her family, and her girls looked so grown up compared to the last session! We were dying in the 90 degree weather, but we at least missed the rainstorm that came through right as we wrapped things up!
A few maternity shots I got of my little sister, who’s expecting her first little one in July. The heat drove us back indoors pretty quickly, but she only wanted a couple of photos to remember this exciting time. :)
I’m vaccinated and back at it, after a 441 day hiatus!
May 8th will be Black Fae Day, a celebration of Black representation in fantasy and fiction. My friend Alicia (of Kiss A Frog Cosplay) put together this stunning Viceroy butterfly ensemble, and I was more than happy to trek down to a local creek with her and get shooting! They turned out just as magical as we’d hoped, and I dunno about you, but I’m SO excited to see all the other photos that will be shared on the 8th! Take a peek at a few faves!
I’ve been working with Alex and Ian since their wedding back in 2015, and this is the second time I’ve had the pleasure of doing maternity photos for them. Little Harper is getting a sister very soon!
I love working with Marcy and her family! I’ve been doing sessions with them for years now, and every time has been a treat. We met up at the covered bridge in Milton this time, and the autumn vibes were such a gorgeous backdrop!
It had been a few years since I’d seen this family! We timed the fall foliage pretty perfectly, so the light in these photos makes me almost as happy as little Owen’s adorable smiles!
These sweet girls (and their momma!) are wild forest spirits and I love it.
The lashes on this little guy! He and his momma were so sweet, and I just love his expressions.
These guys are long-time clients, which gives me the joy of seeing their kids growing up from behind my camera. Kaden and Karley are just the sweetest, and I love the way these photos turned out.
Jameson’s first birthday fell around Easter, so this Peter Rabbit theme couldn’t have been any more perfect! Just look at that basket of garden goodies, that “garden” cake, and THE BUNNY. It’s just too much cuteness! His big brother Dawson, of course, had to join in on the fun. :)
