I always love doing photos for my family! Over the holidays, my aunt Tami asked if I’d be able to take some updated family shots for her, since their family has grown quite a bit in the last few years. It’s not often that their whole family is together; my cousin Daniel and his fiancee Lyn lived in China for several years and are now in California, Isaac’s family lives in North Carolina, Bethany and her hubby live in Ohio, and Moriah is in school at WVU. I know how much it meant to them to finally have group photos taken! :)
I did engagement and wedding photography for Morgan and Chad several years ago, so I was excited to meet their new little guy, Dawson, around his first birthday! We decided to take dressy shots at their church, and oh my gosh. His little suit! It’s just too much! :)
I went to high school with Marcy and hadn’t seen her for probably close to ten years, so it was great to meet her family and get some holiday pictures for them. :) Bonus points for having a prime location right behind her parents’ house!
Little Marshall was just a few days old when I took these pictures of him and his family. I always forget how small newborns are until I’m doing photos with them! :) His dad is a big Star Wars fan, so we definitely had to incorporate that into his shoot!
I loved working with this sweet family — their little guys were too precious, as you can see!
Morgan is a senior at Bluefield High School and decided she wanted senior shots at Pinnacle Rock State Park and historic Bramwell!
Morgan and Chad are getting married in October and planned their engagement shots for Camp Creek, WV!
I did newborn photos of Zinnia a while back, and I recently got to do her six-month shoot as well! She’s gotten so big since then! Here are a few shots. :)
This is the most unique engagement shoot I’ve done so far! Heather decided she wanted to use holi powder to capture some really colorful and fun shots of herself and Andrew to celebrate their upcoming wedding, which I’m also shooting! Here are some samples from the day!
